Good concepts but real wrestling > this
Danaher understands grappling concepts but honestly, if you want to learn wrestling, go to a wrestling class. This is good for understanding how takedowns fit into a BJJ context, but for pure wrestling technique, dedicated wrestling instructionals are better. Still useful for the BJJ-specific standup situations.

Wrestling for BJJ guys, Danaher style
Danaher takes his systematic approach and applies it to standup. If you've always struggled with takedowns in no-gi, this gives you a framework. The snap down and front headlock series is the highlight. Just be prepared for a LOT of talking before the actual techniques.
