Best wrestling for grapplers instructional
Askren's wrestling style is perfect for no-gi grappling. His heavy emphasis on scrambling and hip positioning translates directly. The funk roll section is so good. Just be warned — actually drilling wrestling is much harder than watching it.
Real wrestling from a real wrestler
Ben Askren was one of the best wrestlers in the world and it shows. His teaching is direct, no-nonsense, and full of details you won't get from a BJJ coach teaching wrestling. The single leg and funk positions are incredible. If you want actual wrestling for BJJ, this is the one.
