Solid half guard resource
Really good breakdown of Z guard / knee shield half guard. Craig's teaching style is clear and entertaining. The leg lock entries from Z guard are the highlight for me. If you play any kind of half guard, this is worth picking up on sale.

Craig's Z guard is no joke. He shows you how to use the knee shield to create space, sweep in both directions, and transition to leg attacks when they try to smash. The underhook sequences are money. This is my most-used guard now thanks to this instructional.
Z guard to leg locks is elite
The way Craig chains Z guard to single leg X to heel hooks is incredibly slick. Nobody expects leg attacks from knee shield but Craig makes it seamless. This plus his leg lock DVD is a complete bottom game.
