Surprisingly great guillotine and darce defense
I bought this mostly for the name but the content really surprised me. Craig breaks down escapes from guillotines, darces, and anacondas with really clean mechanics. The key insight is that escape paths should threaten offense — you don't just survive, you turn defense into attacks. Made me rethink how I approach front headlock defense.

Defense that doubles as offense
The big surprise here is the conceptual approach. Craig's escapes aren't passive — they're designed to create scrambles and offensive opportunities. If you compete and get caught in guillotines a lot (like I did), the escape-to-leg-entry chains are worth the price alone.
