Quick Z guard course with great leg lock transitions
Not as long as the Z Guard Encyclopedia but more focused. Craig hones in on the transitions from Z guard into leg entanglements. If you already play Z guard and want to add leg attacks, this is the move.

Craig at his funniest AND most technical
Classic Craig Jones — the title alone tells you what you're getting into. But behind the humor is seriously good Z guard content. The entries to leg locks from knee shield are sneaky and the underhook game is rock solid. Short and sweet, no filler.
