“Craig for practical application, Danaher for deep understanding. If you can only get one, Craig's is more immediately useful.”
“Craig Jones Down Under Leg Attacks. Way more concise than ETS but equally effective. The heel hook finishing details are the best I've seen.”

Great no-gi leg lock content
Solid instructional for no-gi leg attacks. Craig covers saddle entries, outside ashi, and the 50/50 in a way that's easy to follow. Not as deep as Danaher's ETS legs but much more digestible. Good entry point into serious leg locking.
Best leg lock instructional outside Danaher
Craig's leg lock game is world class and he teaches it way more concisely than Danaher. The entries are practical, the finishing mechanics are clear, and the 'how to not get your legs attacked back' section is something most instructionals ignore. Essential.
Transformed my leg game
Before this I would just randomly grab a foot and hope. Craig shows you actual entries, positioning, and finishing sequences. The outside heel hook entries from top are nasty. My leg lock subs went from rare to regular after working through this.
